If you have been dieting and working out endlessly without being able to get rid of those love handles or fat on the sides of your tummy, this workout is for you. Made up of five moves that involving lengthening the spine, stretching and strengthening the muscles on your sides (obliques) and working on your core (abdominal muscles), this workout takes just five minutes and will definitely show results. All you need to do is keep at it.
A word of caution: If you suffer from lower back pain or a back injury please consult your doctor before you start this workout. Also, avoid eating just before this workout. The twisting exercises tend to squeeze the stomach and may lead to discomfort.
