Get rid of jiggly thighs with these 5 easy exercises

I am tall and have a nice set of long legs, but I can't really flaunt short skirts or tight pants because of the fat that is stuck on them. I have tried hitting the gym and workout on bulky leg press and leg curl machines but frankly, I don't like them at all. I am more of a free-hand workout person and don't mind squats and lunges, but machines are a big NO!

So I browsed the internet for some fun and easy workouts and came across this video. It takes you through five easy steps that help tone your lower body completely. Each exercise is designed to shape your inner and outer thighs, calves, buttocks and waist. The first exercise--the pile prance works out your inner thighs and calves and the pulsating movement tones your core. The second exercise is the curtsy raise. It works out your quadriceps and is best to get rid of jiggly thighs and improve your balance.

The third workout is a lunge drive and helps tone your outer and inner thigh muscles along with your core. Followed by the Scorpion exercise which melts the fat on your buttock, thighs and also tone your abs. The last move is the windshield wiper and is one of my personal favourites. It tones your outer thighs and your calf muscles and is really fun!

You can perform 15-20 repeats of each exercise with each leg for optimum results.
