In just 20 minutes, you can get toned abs and butt with this one workout video. It is a very effective fat-burning workout and is fantastic for firming and reshaping those butts and thighs. It also works on your oblique muscles and is excellent to get rid of the dreaded love handles. The workout comprises of a quick cardio warm up followed by glutes and ab exercise.
