Headache can be a painful experience that can make you feel irritable and de-rail your to-do list. You may pop a pill to beat the pain but yoga can be a very effective natural way to get rid of headache as it can ease the discomfort caused by stretched nerves and inflammation.
In this video, Hansaji Jayadeva Yogendra talks about two simple techniques: kapalbhati pranayama and kapal karnarandhra dhauti to deal with a headache. These yogic techniques will boost blood flow to the brain, reduce muscle tension and reduce inflammation. Practicing them regularly can also prevent headache.
