In this video, fitness trainer Elliott Hulse gives us four exercises that can help build a strong body. He says that these four exercises can workout your entire body and make you have a great physique. The four exercises that he recommends are – deadlifts, dips, front squats and chin ups. He says that these four exercises can be done over two days with deadlifts and dips done on Day 1 and front squats and chin ups done on Day 2.
Hulse says that there are people who have problems with exercises like front squat. The reason for that is that you can’t do a front squat with a dysfunctional body. He tells you to fix all the wrong parts and then do those exercises. He says that chin-ups are also a great exercise, and said that our ancestors had to do a variation of chin-ups to pull themselves up mountains.
So, if your workout routine is missing these exercises – then you must start doing them.
