Some of the basic tricks that people advise you to do when on a weight gain diet is to eat around 5 to 6 times a day. In this video, Mike from Six Pack Shortcuts says, 'The one weird tip for gaining weight is actually to eat faster.' This is so because eating fast often makes you eat more, as the stomach takes around 20 minutes to feel full and you might want to eat as much food as you can in that time. Mike also highlights the disadvantages of eating fast, and accepts that the stomach has to do a lot more work digesting the food as there isn't a lot of chewing involved.
