During that time of the month, all of us women are looking for a ‘pain reliever.’ We look for ways to soothe down those menstrual cramps and usually bunk our workout sessions. However, a few minutes of light yoga exercises could make you feel better and relieved. Here is a video that shows us some positions we could make use of while experiencing pain in the pelvic area. The asanas mentioned also work on the spine, in case you have trouble with your back during those days. These make exercising easy and provide relief at the same time.
