In this video by XHIT daily, Rebecca Louis runs you through five workouts that are designed to burn away all that fat around your belly.In this high intensity workout, there are no breaks between sets and you will be required to do each exercise for one minute each. Starting with the spiderman planks, the exercise progresses to hip thrusts, oblique crunches, side plank reachtroughs and finally full situps. All you have to do is invest five minutes a day, and you’ll soon have washboard abs.
