Fitness app of the day Mi Coach by Adidas (iPhone, Android, Windows)
Price- Free
MiCoach, an app by sports giants Adidas is a nice running app. The app is smooth, quick and has a perfectly designed user interface. All you have to do is fill up some required information such as height, weight, age, gender et al and the app will present you the necessary exercises and work out types. This app also tracks your workouts, pace/speed, calories burnt and elapsed time. Tracking your distance covered through GPS is an interesting way to stay connected to your progress. You can even share your cycling/ running tracks on social network, but it doesn't have that social depth as other fitness apps available on the market. It also gives you an access to more than 400 strength and flexibility exercises by instructional videos. Overall, it's a power packed fitness app that allows you to learn new tricks from the fitness hat and also empowers you to share it with your world. Why not experience it yourself?
