Had a bad day at work? Did your partner say something mean to you? Don’t drown your sorrow in unhealthy food or alcohol. Instead, try out this short stretching routine and watch yourself feel better.
The routine consists of 10 different stretches, with each stretch lasting for around 15 seconds each. Some of the exercises done in this routine are – chest cross arm swing, squatting glute stretch and arm cross shoulder stretch. They stretch out almost all parts of your body and doing this routine will teach you many moves that you can do even after an intense weight training session. In the video, fitness instructor Kelli demonstrates the exercise and you can just follow her as she goes through all the exercises. Some of the exercises like the squatting glute stretch may be a little difficult to do in the beginning but it will improve your balance if you keep at it.
