One food that should be banned from restaurant
The chef says it is not true that eating out is unhealthy eating. He stresses on the fact that overindulgence is what is unhealthy and not the food itself. Everything can be eaten in moderation. He says, ‘go out to eat chaat, but stop at one tikki.’ However, he asks to avoid frozen foods completely as freezing and processing adds a lot of unnecessary elements which can do a lot of harm to your health.5-star chef Harpreet Sahai shares tips to eat healthy at a restaurant.
One food that should be banned from home
When asked about what is that one thing one needs to avoid when eating at home, he answers in the same tone saying that the only thing that you need to give up is indulgence.
