This Latin dance workout is not only fun but also works out each body part helping you lose fat quickly. The routine covers all Latin dance moves and begins with a Mamba which slowly progresses into a Cha Cha. This dance type involves hand and hip movements which work on your hands and hips. The routine then proceeds into a Samba and then again into a cross Mamba. The intensity of the owrkout increases as you proceed into different variations of each dance type. This routine doesn't exert a lot of pressure on your heart but still gives your body enough momentum to burn fat effectively.
