Cardio exercises are must for a healthy weight loss as they increase your metabolism, aid in proper blood circulation but are often associated with gyms and treadmills. Most of us nowadays are pressed for time with busy work schedules which make it difficult to hit the gym regularly or even go for a jog outside. But what if you could get the perfect cardio work out and burn that excess fat in the comfort of your home? Even if you think there’s not enough free space, this video shows you the type of exercises you can do in a small confined space, without making much noise and still get the effects of a complete cardio workout in 8 minutes flat.
This video sticks to basic and simple exercises which begin with marching to warm up your body and slowly moves on to small hops using a chair or an edge of the bed. Lean on the chair and stretch your legs back into a plank position and start with small hops at first and then increase the intensity as you progress. The second workout in this routine is side to side squats, which increase your heart rate and also stretch your hips and thighs. The workout then progresses into two fun but intense workouts called mountain climbers and seated runs, which complete the entire cardio effect you would otherwise get on a treadmill.
