A lot of people often cite lack of time for their inability to exercise. The Scientific Seven Minute Workout popularised by New York Times is just the right tool for these busy professionals.
The workout is divided into a set of 12 exercises and you need to perform all of them for 30 seconds each, with 10 seconds of break in between. The exercises target your whole body and is pretty exhausting. It’s a good workout for those who don’t have time to go to the gym, are on vacation and don’t have access to a gym or even for someone wanting to make up for a lost day at the gym. The equipments required are minimal – you just need some space and a chair.
In this video, the fitness trainer does all the exercises all along and makes for a good companion whom you can follow. She also gives out some tips and instructions along the way.
