Who said being skinny was easy? Not when everybody around is only envying you! There are quite a few things you end up missing out on. For instance, when your friends are cribbing about those extra bulges and fat, you are not part of the discussion at all. Even if you make an attempt, they snap at you saying ‘you will never understand’. Similarly, they are always bugging you on matters like food! They see you stuffing your plate with food and wonder where are all those calories going. Then, every time you think you haven’t pushed your limit during a workout, your not-so-skinny friends think you shouldn’t be exercising anyway. Being skinny is fine, you should be concerned though, if you are under-weight.
Well, don’t let these silly talks push you to think you are not fine the way you are. As long as you are healthy and fit, let those ‘skinny’ talks not bother you! However, if you are looking forward to some weight-gain, here is how you can go about it.
