A fast-paced cardio workout, it targets your abs and obliques, making you shed fat from those areas in a quick manner. Here’s what you will be doing in this workout:
- 1 minute of core exercises
- 1 minute of intervals of cardio exercises such as jumping oblique twists, side hip raises, Russian twists, etc.
