PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome) or PCOD or is a condition where your ovaries have a cyst (or cysts). It often leads to irregular and painful menstruation. While there are medicines you can take in order to control the condition, there are some things you can do to help alleviate the symptoms. One such easy remedy is yoga.
