October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Breast Cancer, if detected early, can add more years to your life. A breast self-examination every month can also help detect cancer early. All you need to do is check for is unusual lumps or change in texture and other such symptoms of breast cancer. A lot of women in our country are shy and uncomfortable when it comes to talking about breasts, even if has to do with their health. That is also one of the reasons why they are hesitant about getting a mammography done. Get a mammography done every six months or a year, as suggested by your doctor, to detect cancer early and prevent it from growing.

In this video, we asked men and women to look and touch breasts. The motive of this social experiment was to make them aware of the symptoms and the importance of breast self-examination. How both the genders react to this experiment will completely blow your mind. You need to go get checked for breast cancer, especially if any member of your family (mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, etc.) has suffered from it. Men, you must encourage your wives, sisters, girlfriends and mothers to go for regular breast examination! Watch the video, hit like and share it with everyone you know!
