If you are tired of the stubborn back fat or a bra bulge and want to get rid of it, you are on the right page.
A bra bulge can be a little embarrassing if your love wearing figure hugging tops. And not only is back fat pretty stubborn, but it is also difficult to lose. While, you might do squats and lunges for toned legs, or crunches for a slim waistline, working out your torso especially the back is a little too tedious. And if you are not a gym fan and don’t really enjoy lifting weights, it is even more difficult.
But, don’t worry. Here are a few exercises that don’t really require you to lift dumbbells or work out on heavy machinery. All you need is some support from a wall and you are all set. There three exercises tone your chest muscles and help you beat the bra bulge. Perform these exercises for 3 sets of 15 repetitions each.
