Prioritise sleeping early: Make it a point to sleep at an assigned hour, and sleep at that time regardless of whatever happens. Even if there is some pending work, don’t delay your sleep and leave it for later.
Have patience: If you fail to sleep at a designated time and wake up late, don’t fret. Try again the next day.
