This inspirational video tells you a remarkable story of Kayla Montgomery, who despite suffering from a chronic degenerative condition called Multiple sclerosis (MS), fought against all her physical limitations to become the fastest young runners in her high school career. Multiple sclerosis is a rare, chronic condition that affects the brain, spinal cord and optic nerves. It is an autoimmune condition, where the patient's immune system attacks the nerve cells in the brain that transmit signals from the brain throughout the body. People living with MS experience numbness, tingling sensation in limbs, tiredness, dizziness, severe limb weakness, excruciating pain and the ultimately lose the sensation of touch. Besides, even when the symptoms subside, MS continues to damage the nerve cells. She couldn't feel her feet. A few days later she was diagnosed multiple sclerosis, which meant her sports career would end. She had to give up soccer, but that didn't wipe out her love for athletics.
