When Evan was 3; he faced real difficulty showing or understanding emotions. He also had a tough time making eye contact for a picture. While most children at this age like to dance and sing in front of others for attention or praise, Evan liked to be in his world without seeking any attention from others. He would become rigid when someone tried to hug or cuddle him. However, his condition has tremendously improved over the years because of the therapy.
