We do these things every single day, over and over again. Overuse our shampoo products, wash our hair every day if we wish to, use old loofahs for too long and simply harm ourselves with these daily body-wash mistakes!
Small things like using a Q-tip or ear bud to sweep out the ear wax aggressively, is not one of the best practises at all. With this, you are cleaning out way too much or pushing the wax in further which in both cases can expose you to ear infections. Instead, as a safer option, roll on a tissue paper right till the tip of your finger and clean your ears gently. Then, most of us hurry in to brush our teeth before we forget, right after a meal. A gap of 30 minutes is needed, because after every meal our teeth enamel tends to be softer and brushing it through may tend to strip it harshly.
