Fashion and trends today are moving forward but with a trace of the past years or even eras. It's retro, it's chic, it's conservative, yet so urban. However, what if we, women of today, try and dawn a look influenced from the cultural heritage we've come from? Here is a rather interesting video on women from certain cultural backgrounds dressing up like a Goddess or queen they believe in. Be it Maa Durga, or the Scottish-English Queen Elizabeth or the oriental beauty from the Chinese dynasty; all of these have a royal and regal outlook to them. In retrospect, we've picked up tit-bits from the past to our present style. For instance, the ethnic Indian head piece, is 'boho' today and the very English choker bib necklace is nothing less than a style statement.
