- An evening shower can contribute to removing the dirt and oil clogged in the pores. Also, take a shower immediately after working out in the morning or evening. Leaving sweat-soaked clothes on skin surface for an extended time can lead to breakouts. For better results you can also rub a hot towel on your back. Rubbing your back with a washcloth will open the pores and help slough off the dead cells from your skin.
- Also, make sure that your T-shirt and bra are made of fabric that wicks away sweat from your body. Do not opt for tight clothing, as the friction on your skin can also lead to acne. Ensure that you wear breathable fabrics.
- Exfoliate your back with a scrub containing acne-fighting ingredients like salicylic acid. Use a loofah or brush that can reach all parts of your back so that you can clean it properly.
