Every morning when you rush to work, you would want a make-up that takes you five minutes or less with products that will stay on your face throughout the day. Finding the appropriate office make-up can be difficult so make-up and beauty blogger Shalini Srivastava shares with you a few tips make-up that can be just perfect for the long day. It is a fresh looking make-up that can make you feel elegant and professional. Shalini has kept the make-up very minimal and so you can do it effortlessly every day.
To begin, apply your favourite foundation and apply it evenly to your face. Next, apply a concealer and then a bronzer. Make sure that the concealer shade is same as the colour of your foundation. Here are 9 tips for long-lasting make-up.
Moving on to your brows, highlight your brows with a brow pencil and then apply a neutral colour eyeshadow all over your eyelids. Also, use a light shade for your brow bones. To give a little dimension to your crease use a darker shade. For your under eye, use an under eye cream or powder that brightens the dull area. Avoid using a liquid eyeliner in the morning and define your upper and lower eye lines with kohl. Then highlight your lashes with a mascara.
To ensure that your lips don't look too loud, use a purple, pink or plum shade lipstick. You can always opt for a neutral lip shade to get that fresh yet elegant look for the office. Here's how you can choose the right shade of lipstick for dark lips.
