This is why celebs like Swwapnil Joshi are always on the look out for good styling products, nourishing treatments and an easy, quick regimen they can follow every day. The Marathi heartthrob, known for essaying romantic roles, had a few hair care tips to give of his own.
“I think the best thing one can do for their hair is to drink lots of water and eat ghar ka khaana!” the Fugay star said in an exclusive interview with Swapna Chidambaram, editor, TheHealthSite.com. Swwapnil thinks his super hit film Mitwa was his ‘best hair film.’ He also talked about who he thought had the best hair in the film industry. Think actors don’t have bad hair moments? “I once had to straighten my hair for a shoot and it was really the worst thing ever. I was quite scared of the tongs. I have decided never to do it ever again!” he says.
Recently, Dr Apoorva Shah, Founder, Richfeel, a trichology centre, hair and scalp clinic announced the popular actor as their brand ambassador. Speaking on the occasion, Swwapnil, who first shot to fame as Lord Krishna in Ramanand Sagar’s hit TV show, elaborated on how his hair is constantly exposed to chemicals and dyes used to create different hairstyles for his looks in films and how they take a toll on his hair.
