Bathing And Digestion: Bathing after meals is something that our elders always say no to doing, Ayurveda is also against this. Well in this video, we will tell you why you should not take bath after meals and how it can affect your digestion system.
Never Take Shower After Sunset: Avoid taking shower after sunset as our body starts to cool down after sunset which means it's time for bed, going for a bath in the evening, blocks the skin pores trapping the heat within, which causes a rise in body temperature and can disturb the sleep cycle. Drink Water Before Taking A Shower: Have a warm glass of water before you go bathing, as it helps in lowering blood pressure issues in the body, drinking warm water before taking shower warms your body from the inside, which results in the widening of the blood vessels. Never Take Shower After Meals: Taking a shower after meals weakens your digestive system, after eating the body rushes the blood to the digestive system to help in the digestion process, and taking shower after a meal distracts the blood flow from the stomach and rushes it to the surface of the skin instead.
