Ranbaxy to launch anti-malarial drug Synriam in 7 African nations by January 2015
Ranbaxy is one of India’s largest pharmaceutical companies which exports its products to 125 companies, has ground operations in 43 and manufacturing facilities in eight countries. Currently, Japanese pharma company Daiichi Sankyo has a controlling share (63.92%) in Ranbaxy; a deal which is believed to be worth $4.6 billion.
