The World Health Organization defines mental health as ‘a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community’. Mental health problems have really increased in the recent past with cases of conditions like depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, stress and other conditions along with a lack of healthcare facilities to deal with them which results in horrifying consequence including suicides. Nowadays, there’s a widespread movement to study the reason for mental health-related issues and also remove the stigma attached to them.
