But being in shape and exercising right is as important post pregnancy as it was during those nine blissful months. Remember pregnancy takes your body to a higher level and post delivery your entire body along with all your vital organs are still trying to come to terms with the aftermath of labour and delivery. Post pregnancy weight can be linked to diabetes, obesity, high BP and a host of lifestyle disease for the new mother. It can later come in the way of the next pregnancy.
