Dumbbells are one of the important training equipments that are needed for weight training. They are free weights which are basically seen in pairs. The types of dumbbells available are 1) Adjustable dumbbells - with changeable weight discs 2) Fixed-weight dumbbells – weight created in the shape of dumbbells, generally an iron mould and 3) ‘Selectorized’ dumbbells – Fixed weights are changed with dials or adjustable pins, as per the user’s requirement.
