Aspirin

It is a drug also known as acetylsalicylic acid (ASA). Often used as an antipyretic (to suppress fever), analgesic (painkiller) and anti-inflammatory, Aspirin also has anti-clotting capabilities and is therefore used to prevent heart attacks and strokes.
