According to the researchers at Wilkes-Barre University in Pennsylvania, a 30% boost in immunoglobulin A (IgA) (an antibody that plays a vital role in the immune function of the mucous membranes) was witnessed in the people who had sex regularly compared to those who had never. IgA can help one to keep viruses at bay as it is one of the body’s first lines of defence against the viruses.

In turn, you will look for someone out of your relationship to fulfil your sexual needs. So, even if you are not spending time with your partner physically, kissing, holding hands and spending some quality time can help you to increase your intimacy and will allow you to connect with your partner emotionally.
