She captioned it, "They say that everything that you have been practising before your pregnancy is something you should continue with, for the 9 months too. Yoga and meditation is a form of exercise I have been doing for almost 20 years. Of course, the body responds very differently now but staying fit and active is something I would advocate all through. The asanas are very different when you are practising pre-natal yoga and must be done under guidance. I have been guided by @rohitflowyoga."
Experts believe that prenatal yoga is extremely useful to expectant mothers. It improves their sleep, reduces tension and anxiety, and increases muscle flexibility, all of which are necessary for birthing. It also improves their strength while alleviating back pain, nausea, and headaches.
Prenatal yoga is popular among pregnant women who want to be calm and healthy during their pregnancy. However, there are numerous dangers associated with it. As a result, you should exercise caution before engaging in any prenatal yoga and always talk to a yoga expert or gynaecologist to ensure your safety.
