1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup sliced capsicum
1/2 cup broccoli or cauliflower florets ,blanched
1 cup bean sprouts (readily available in the market)
1/4 cup carrot juliennes
2 tsp cornflour dissolved in 1/4 cup water
a pinch sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper powderto taste
2 tsp chilli sauce

4 whole wheat chapattis/ tortillas
1 tsp oil for cooking
