But sadly there is no running away. Constipation mocks most women during their pregnancy as bowel movements slow down due to an increased level of progesterone in the body. Increase your fiber intake: This is the most natural and easiest way to relieve oneself from constipation symptoms and problems. Have more fiber rich foods on your plate. Opt for whole grain cereals, pulses, legumes and beans, all varieties and shapes are welcome. Do not forget to include veggies especially the greens like spinach, fenugreek and fruits in your diet plan. All this helps to keep your systems running smooth and help in improving bowel movements too.
