Daily workout helps in keeping women’s oestrogen level in check thus preventing the risks of breast cancer. Moreover, when you exercise, your blood low improves preventing release of hormones namely DHEA and DHT. Notably, these hormones are known to induce acne. Cycling

Cycling: Due to reduced bone mineral density, women remain more at risk of suffering from obesity, arthritis, osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. However, these diseases can be prevented through cycling. It induces weight loss and thus prevents osteoarthritis risk. Notably, steady cycling can burn around 300 calories per hour. Women who are suffering from foot problems, muscle strain, back pain, knee troubles or other injuries can go for cycling.
