This healthy drink can regulate your blood sugar levels, boost metabolism and help with fat loss. Boil a pinch of cinnamon for 10 minutes, sieve it, and then sip on it.

According to the expert, lemon water is hailed as a belly-fat burner. It is a natural detoxifier that can boost immunity. All you have to do is squeeze half a lemon in lukewarm water, add honey (optional), and sip on it. It is ideally consumed first thing in the morning.

Rice Water

And finally, rice water, which is celebrated for making the hair healthy and shiny. Besides that, it can also make your skin glow and treat urinary tract infections, the expert mentioned. You will need half a cup of uncooked rice. Rinse thoroughly. Place the rice in a bowl with 2-3 cups of water.
