Jaggery And Ghee

This food combination is super healthy. According to Diwekar, it can help clear the sinuses and prevent colds. Make sure to eat jaggery and ghee post lunch and dinner. It goes well with bajra roti, too.

Makhan

The fourth food that can boost immunity in winter is makhan or butter. According to the expert, consuming it will make sure that digestion is smooth and you are able to assimilate all fat-soluble vitamins, including vitamin D of which there is a dearth in winter owing to less sunlight.
