5 Things You Must Not Do During Summer Season

It is officially summer season and we can already feel the dehydration kicking in especially when we are stepping outside our home. One Should Be Highly Cautious While Consuming Food Outside.

It is best to avoid it; otherwise, only eat at restaurants that maintain the highest hygiene standards and serve fresh food. There are high chances of contracting diarrhoea, dysentery, constipation, hepatitis, typhoid, and colitis. Dry fruits are otherwise very healthy and nutritious and always recommended. However, during summers, it may lead to higher body temperature and abdominal discomfort. Coffee is the number one drink to avoid when it is very hot and dry outside. It is a diuretic drink which stimulates your bladder and leads to frequent urination. This causes rapid water loss from your body.

Avoid drinking carbonated drinks in summer season. It has extremely high sugar content and can cause dehydration.
