Pure-ghee

पेट्रोलियम जेली - सर्दियों में हम अक्सर पेट्रोलियम जेली (Petroleum Jelly) अपने स्किन पर लगाते हैं। इस दौरान भी आप अपने ड्राई हाथों से छुटकारा पाने के लिए पेट्रोलियम जेली का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। पेट्रोलियम जेली को स्किन पर लगाने के लिए इसमें कोई भी एसेंशियल ऑयल की कुछ बूंदे डाल दें। इसके बाद ड्राई स्किन पर इसे अच्छी तरह से लगाएं। इससे स्किन का रूखापन दूर होगा।

Try steam inhalation: Congestion in the nasal cavity and the sinuses may cause headaches too. Office Exercise

Do some stretching exercises: Along with headaches, you will feel tenseness in the neck, shoulder and scalp. Stretching exercises that target these areas can help reduce the intensity of the headaches. For example, move your chin upwards and downwards, towards left and right alternately.
