Heals Cracked Heels Cracked heels are not just ugly but painful too. The anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric can help reduce the pain while its antimicrobial effects may help prevent any fungal infection from developing. Mix half a tablespoon of turmeric powder and one tablespoon of neem paste. Apply this paste on the cracks, leave it on for 30 minutes and rinse it off with lukewarm water. Do this treatment 1 or 2 times a day. You can also apply a mixture of turmeric powder and coconut or olive oil on the cracked heels and leave it on overnight. Put on an old pair of socks to prevent stains on the sheet.
