A pre-pool shower is a must. The doctor explained that a wet and hydrated skin is likely to absorb less chlorine.

Once again, it is important to take a shower, the expert said, adding that it is important to rinse off all the pool water without any delay.

For the sake of your hair, you must wash it by shampooing it and then applying a conditioner. But, if it is not possible immediately, at least rinse the hair with plain water to wash off the chlorine.
