It is the best time of the year to nourish and strengthen the kidneys, which are the roots of the body. The Required Amount Of Water

The amount of water an individual requires depends on various factors such as gender, age, climate, level of physical activity, and health condition. For example, people involved in strenuous workouts need more water than ones with a sedentary lifestyle. Also, drink more water if you reside in hot and humid places and tend to lose more water through perspiration.

Avoid Overeating

Overeating is common in winter which may lead to higher blood sugar levels. Diabetes is one of the reasons for the faster progression of kidney diseases.

Never Miss Your Dialysis

If you are dialysis patient, take your dialysis as advised. Missing dialysis will lead to increase in BP and fluid retention in the lungs which may lead to serious breathlessness.
