Paschimottanasana

Sit on the floor with your legs extended straight in front of you. Inhale to lengthen your spine, then exhale to hinge at your hips and reach forward toward your toes. Hold the pose for a few breaths, feeling a gentle stretch in your lower back and neck.

Neck Release Stretch

Vajrasana
