It is always advised to conceive before the age of 30 because after that your biological clock starts to slow down. Various studies have stated that women between the age of 19 and 26 have slightly more than 50 per cent chance of conceiving on their most fertile day. However, those between the age of 35 and 39 have a slightly less than 30 per cent chance of getting pregnant. Looking at this data, many of you will be a bit worried thinking that maybe you missed your chance at motherhood. Don’t worry! You can be a mom even in your late 30s or 40s, it’s just that it won’t be as quickly or easily as a 20-something would. Quit smoking: If you have this bad habit, at least sacrifice it for your baby’s sake. Smoking is known to affect a women’s fertility. The harmful toxins and nicotine, when inhaled, harm the fallopian tubes, ovaries, and uterus.
Give up alcohol: Though, the mechanism through which alcohol affects fertility is not known, many studies have shown a direct association between drinking and infertility in women.
Limit your caffeine intake: Caffeine intake can delay the conception and can also increase the chances of misconception after it. Therefore, it is advised to stay off caffeine.
Eat healthy: It is a natural way to boost your chances of conception. You are advised to include more proteins and vitamins in your diet that can regulate production of hormones naturally.
Exercise regularly: Indulging in workouts daily will increase the flow of oxygen in various parts body parts including the reproductive system. This way, it will boost fertility and will help in conception.
