Allergy To Pets

Keep your house clean --Most people keep windows and doors shut during winter, and the house becomes a perfect breeding ground for mites and molds. Make sure you keep your house ventilated and clean. Animal dander and pollen can also trigger allergies. If you have pets, make sure you clean the pet dander regularly. Wash your hands and face whenever you come in contact with dust.

Stay away from chemicals: While you might like smelling thinners and paints, these chemicals can trigger an allergic reaction like skin rashes, watering eyes and sneezing. Avoid visiting places that have been freshly painted or a workshop where such chemicals are made or used.
