Keep an eye on your calorie’s intake: Starting from the time of pregnancy, eat smartly. This is because if you will gain less fat, lesser time will be required to get back in shape. A leading lifestyle and obesity consultant, Naini Setalvad, suggests that pregnant women need only 300 more calories than their normal diet. Therefore, they should eat responsibly.
Indulge in daily exercise: It is understandable that you hardly get time for yourself after the delivery of your baby. But, you need to prioritise your health along with your baby’s. Try doing at least little exercise daily. Doing this will help you cope with sleep disorders and reduce beat stress.
