Modi shared this nutritious recipe while talking about the importance of fitness and a healthy diet in a nationwide, online “Fit India Dialogue” held on Thursday. The event was celebrated to mark the first anniversary celebration of the Fit India movement. He interacted with many fitness influencers and celebrities including Virat Kohli, Milind Soman, footballer Afshan Ashiq, and celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar, among others. While speaking to Diwekar, the Prime Minister said that he makes parathas with drumsticks, which he eats once or twice a week. Drumstick or moringa is a nutrition-packed vegetable that has many health benefits.
